Sound is so evocative... It can transport you to places in your memory, or to places you've never even been.
To make this album, I recorded street soundscapes in Paris over multiple visits spanning several years.
I then took those recordings into the studio and incorporated them into music inspired by that moment in Paris.
Boulevard St Michel is the first in a series of albums. So far I have collected street recordings
from New York, Tokyo, Venice and Amsterdam for future SOUND WILL TRAVEL albums.
